April Catch Returns

The season has started and although the weather has been dry, the fishing has not been easy due to the cold breeze. When the wind drops, fly hatches have been reported with plenty of fish taken on dries. Grannon CDC emergers, Pearly Butt emergers and foam duns being reported as successful patterns by multiple members, fish have been taken subsurface, with Pheasant Tail, Hares Ear Nymphs and peeping caddis reported being successful.

Please continue to report your catch returns through the same form that we used last season (https://my.nativeforms.com/Wylye-catchreport). It is key that all visits are recorded, so please complete a return for each beat fished and include Null returns
