Hi All, got out yesterday with new member Mike and guests. Despite the high level and slight colour in the water we had great success. Mid morning there were some Hawthorn around and the odd Olive popped off. We got fish on Beat B and C with several OOS grayling coming to the nymph. Headed to D/E later and it was really fishing well with the browns actively feeding and even some risers. I was impressed by the number of them and the size. I would encourage everybody to get to it in the next few weeks and don't over look any water. The fish were across the beat and the dry/dropper was working well.
Several nice browns came to the nets as well, even some to the dry.
Given the water level and strong start to the season it looks like we are in for a cracker of a year ahead.
Get out there and give it a go and let us know how you do.

That's a huge trout Stu!
